Question: What was the best thing about doing Veterinary Medicine at university? Did you enjoy it, and what was your favourite thing and least favourite thing about it?

  The best thing I enjoyed about study veterinary medicine was wearing my scrub suit and water proof boots. This dressing was peculiar to anyone studying veterinary medicine in my university as at the time. My favourite thing i enjoyed was when I performed surgical procedures and the patient comes out of it and gets better after it. What more joy can one derive by keeping a living thing alive!
  My less favourite thing is when I see my animals critically ill with poor outcomes and I can’t help even after performing all necessary lab tests.
